Gradenigo's triad:-
•Discharging ear

-secretory otaitis media:-
•intact retracted drum
•fluid level
•bubbles

2-Enumerate 5 complications of septoplasty:-
•anesthetic complications
•post-operative haemorrhage, haematoma, infection, adhesion between septum and turbinate
•perforation of the septum
•CSF Rhinorrhoea
•Deformity

3-Enumerate 4 causes of stridor without hoarseness of voice:-
•laryngomalcia
•subglotic stenosis
•subglotic heamangioma
•subglotic granuloma
•bilateral vocal cord paralysis
•bronchial asthma

4-Enumerate 4 differential diagnosis of follicular tonsillitis:-
•diphtheria
•vincent's angina
•Moniliasis
•Agranulocytosis
•leukaemia
•Infectious mononucleosis

اليوم اختبرت جراحة عظام عند....
في من قال انه د/ محمد شرف وفي من قال انه د/ سعيد بامشموس
دخلت وفي أربعة دكاترة يمتحنوا الطلاب قلت اروح عند د/ انور المغلس، اسهل ودكتور طيب، شافني أحد الدكاترة وقال ياوسيم تعال عندي، تعال هنا، قلت عندك قال أيوة ايش فيني وهو يضحك، قلت في نفسي ايش يشتي مني يخلي لحالي، على الله ودفنا لكن خيرة الله.....
جلست جنبه، الدكتور: ايش اسمك قلت....
قال تمام شوف في الابتوب وكان معه في لابتوبه أسألة عن الBone أول سؤال جابه ما كان على الابتوب
ليش Bone يعتبر Tissue
اول ما جوبت أيوة هو Connective tissue
قال تمام عارف لكن ليش يعتبر Tissue انا قلت لانه مكون من Cells من Blood vessels من Bone Matrix, ومن Minerals as Calcium, Phosphate
ويحتاج Nutrition ....

الدكتور: صح هذا الي اشتيه

هل Bone is Dead tissue قلت لا، اصلا فيه vessels و يحتاج Nutritions
قال ممكن Necrotic Tissue
قلت هذا as Complications
مثلا في Neck Fracture يحصل Avascular Necrosis

انا: اكيد, مكمن inflammation, Tumor، ومثلا في old age

سلام عليكم بالنسبة لأختبار العظام فهو سهل جدا وكل واحد وحظة عادةً يكون على اشعة X-ray ويسأل اشياء واضحة وبعضهم يختبرة اسئلة باثو بس لها علاقة بالعظام ك مما يتكون ونوع tumar وغيرهم وكثير كسور وما نوعة وكيف تعالجه وهذا أهم ما في الأختبار
انا اختبرت عند دكتور سألني كيف أفرق بين binain and malignant tumors in bone
سؤال واحد وتوكلنا .

اختبرت عند د عبدالله المعيش
١. قال شل واحدة x ray  من اللي قدامك وعلق عليها، وكان فيها rod و shense pin و joint حق ال external fixation
فسأل متى نستخدم ال external fixation؟
ج/ في ال open fracture.

٢. شل لك واحدة instrument وقل لي ايش هي ولإيش تستخدم؟
ج/  T-plate، تستخدم near joint في ال femur.

قالي اين درستي قلت ثلاث ايام في الكويت وثلاث ايام في الثوره ويومين جمهوري
قال حضرتي لي قلت كان معاك امس محاضره وحضرنا وانت غبت كان معاك عمليه

قلت له flexible and rigid قال لا قلت طيب العمر واحد في الصغار وواحد في الكبار ما عجبه قلت خلاص اكيد قصدك انه ender don't protect rotation movements
وهو ولا عجبه 👩‍🦯

الx ray طلب اتكلم عليه بنفس الطريقة المعتادة
كان فيه comminuted fracture في الtibia
و transverse في الfibula
وسئلني ايش نوع الfixation
كان external
وسئلني متى نستخدم الexternal
في الاخير طلب مني اختار اي instrument واتكلم عليه 😍
اخترت ال reconstruction plate
قال الاسم
وبايش الاستخدام
وقال الله معكِ

تجربة اختبار لطيفة عند دكتور اقل مايقال عنه قدوة 😊
