So in this report, they say that as of the 16/7, there were 142 deaths. Of those, 96 had their 3rd dose. The remaining 46 were “eligible” for their 3rd dose. So that means the remaining 46 had at least 1 -2 shots. So no unvaxxed implies there. They also say they 11 of the 142 deaths were among ages of 65 and under. So that means deaths are majority in people 65 and older. They then proceed to say that they now recommend boosters for those 50-64...Not over 64 because obviously it means they can still get it.

Monday is the day! At 10:15 AM AEST on Monday, August 8th, the AVN's appeal on standing will be heard before the full bench of the Federal Court.

The AVN's solicitor had asked the court to stream this case to YouTube due to the huge interest in watching the previous hearings, and we are awaiting their response. If we do get a YouTube link, we will send out another message to let you know but it may not happen until Monday morning.
