Added DontCheckBeforeBuy: Do not recheck filters immediately before buying. By default, filters are checked twice: before calculating the detection and before placing buy order

Ликвидации теперь отправляются в сервис статистики
Ползунок цены продажи больше не учитывает плечо на фьючерсах
Изменена работа автомасштаба - теперь он считается по 3ч дельте и пересчитывается при центровке графика (в частности, хоткеем CTRL+стрелка)
Масштаб 1% заменен на 20%
В строку выбора плечей добавлено 4 плечо
Добавлен модификатор стопа StopLossModifier
Результат работы пишется в лог в виде
StopLoss adjusted [-1.00% - (10.00*0.98=9.75%) => -10.75% ] - стоп из стратегии, коэф. модификатора, итоговый уровень стопа
Добавлен параметр MaxModifier: расчетная сумма всех модификаторов не больше, чем заданное значение. Расчет итогового модификатора производится по формуле
Min(MaxModifier, Sum[Pn * Dn]) где Pn - заданный в стратегии модификатор, Dn - текущая. дельта. Если 0, то параметр не учитывается
Исправления: баг на бинанс-фьючерс, приводивший к записи в лог ""No need to modify the order."; ошибка на Хуоби, связанной с ограничением макс. размера ордера;
баг отмены ордеров при одновременном детекте страйка на 2х маркетах
