The Spanish government has ordered the military to discreetly spray chemtrails on its citizens with UN permission under the pretext of a "state of emergency to manage the health crisis caused by Covid-19".
The chemtrail program, which includes spraying biocides on the public, was authorized by royal decree and was quietly approved by the government on April 16, 2020, just a month after the WHO declared Covid-19 a pandemic.
