روند اصلی به این شکل است که با توجه به سه قالب متنی موجود در توضیحات، یک قالب را انتخاب کنید و آن را با اطلاعات قرار داده شده برای هر فرد در این لیست (اسم: [Name] تاریخ مرگ: [Date of death] سن: [Age] و تیم فوتبال محبوب: [Football team]) جای گذاری کنید. سپس هشتگ‌ها را به‌صورت دستی به آن اضافه کنید. حالا متن شما آماده است. روی عکس آن فرد در همینجا کلیک کنید و آن را دانلود کنید. حالا عکس را همراه با متنی که آماده شده و هشتگ هم دارد، توییت کنید. برای توییت بعدی، از یک قالب دیگر استفاده کنید. مجدد عکس را دانلود کنید و هشتگ را به متنی که از قالب پر کرده‌اید اضافه کنید و به همراه عکس توییت بزنید.

استفاده از Text Shortcuts راندمان و راحتی کار شما را افزایش می‌دهد. بدین صورت که شما در قسمت Quote Tweet هر پستی که جنایات ج.ا را انتشار می‌دهد رفته و با تایپ کلیدواژه که برای میانبر به لیست تگ‌ها و هشتگ‌ها تعریف کرده‌اید، با آن لیست کوت می‌کنید. استفاده شورت‌کات از کپی‌پیست بسیار آسان‌تر است چون شما هر لحظه نیاز به کپی چیزی ندارید و اطلاعات در گوشی شما تا وقتی شما بخواهید ذخیره می‌ماند.

○ طرز تهیه Text Shortcut:
به قسمت Setting موبایل بروید و در قسمت Search عبارت "Text Shortcuts" جست‌وجو کنید. بعد روی علامت + زده. در کادر باز شده قسمت بالا(Shortcut) کلیدواژه‌ی موردنظر (مثلا Mention1) و کادر پایین ( Expanded Phrase) متنی که می‌خواهیم در صورت استفاده از کلیدوآزه قرار گیرد را وارد می‌کنیم و بعد گزینه Add را انتخاب می‌کنیم.
