Company Protek Park is looking for Solution Architect for Oracle:
Desired Skills and Experience
• Experience leading Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing projects in all phases of the solution design and delivery. This includes requirements gathering, tool and vendor selection, project/sprint planning, development and testing/validation, user training, user acceptance/validation testing, and documentation
• 5-8 years of relational and/or multi-dimensional database experience
• Data modeling of relational and dimensional databases Metadata management, data lineage, data governance, especially as related to Big Data Structured, Unstructured, Semi-Structured Data techniques and processes
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, T-SQL, PL/SQL; proficiency with advanced SQL concepts such as complex joins triggers, cursors, correlated sub queries, analytic functions
• Strong problem-solving skills; strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to install/configure/troubleshoot software and hardware as well as conduct performance tuning.
• Ability to lead pre-sales activities such as demos, PoCs, customer meetings
• Understanding of the best practices in concepts such as change data capture and master data management
• Understanding of transactional system architectures
• Ability to communicate effectively with various user groups at all levels of business and IT - excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical solution designs into tangible benefits for the business
• Proven ability to apply industry best practices around data warehousing standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Archetype solutions portfolio and specific practice area offerings. Act as sales/engineering support for newly identified opportunities. Lead process improvement and innovation to the Professional Services methodology and services.
• Define and develop architecture for integration of the Ecosystem Architecture components into the client’s Analytic Ecosystem.
• Ability to implement ETL concepts using native database utilities and third-party tools (ODI, Talend, SSIS, Informatics, SQL*Loader, Custom PL SQL packages)
• Familiar with predictive analysis and data visualization techniques using relevant tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R.)
• Ability to manage data and metadata migration Experience with database platforms, including MySQL, MS SQL Server, Snowflake and AWS Redshift Understanding of Web services (SOAP, XML, UDDI, WSDL) Experience with data processing flow charting techniques Qualifications Continuous delivery and deployment using Agile Methodologies.
• Data Warehouse and DataMart design and implementation NoSQL environments such as MongoDB, Cassandra
• Minimum BA or BS in a relevant field
• Able and willing to travel

• Excellent interpersonal skills and business etiquette
• Hands-on experience delivering Data Warehouse solutions at scale, and ability to quickly learn new technologies, complex concepts & methodologies
• Excellent communication via email, phone, or in-person

• Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills. Willingness to coach or challenge client thinking when and where appropriate.
