We’re bringing back the We Are Change Open Mic night on Friday April 28th featuring a headlining set by world class beat boxer Johnny Buffalo! You gotta see how many sounds he can make with his mouth!
We’ll start off the night with time for connection during the potluck from 6-7pm, please bring a dish to share. Then we’ll have the open mic featuring YOU sharing your music, poetry or whatever you want for 5-7 minutes from 7-9pm.
Johnny Buffalo will perform his set from 9-10pm and then we’ll clean up.
We posted the event page on the OneBoulder App if you’d like to pre pay, otherwise we’ll be asking for a $10-$20 suggested donation at the door to help cover the costs and pay our headliner.

A fledgling people’s movement is emerging working with plants and mushrooms to innovate sacred economies, help people and communities heal and positively transform, and build the capacity for community sovereignty around responsible medicine stewardship. Corporate interests loom to co-opt & create a commercial industry for psychedelics and psychedelic services. New intersections for solidarity and synergy are being potentiated at every juncture in between these worlds.
And on May 6th, the end of Colorado’s 2023 congressional session, the first round of implementation for the most robust psychedelic policy reform in the country, The Natural Medicine Health Act, will be completed. A bill sponsored by the President of the Colorado Senate, Steven Fenberg, will amend & begin the implementation of this new statute Coloradans recently voted into law..
