Greetings to everybody! Little time passed since our latest announcement (https://www.instagram.com/p/B9U6f9vjmfP), yet there occasions determined and changed the lives or many or maybe all Hooligans, Ultras, Old-school and New-school fans – the whole active part of our Movement!
Meanness and cowardice of the authorities destroyed the calm flow of our lives, but it all made Us even stronger.
We are those who since late 2000's attempted to raise awareness of the corrupted mass media and people of Belarus to what the authorities and their servants did with us, using boycotting and actions.
Our Native Land absorbed so much tears of our mothers, so much psychological and physical health was lost in prisons and jails all over the country. This all is the reason of harassment and will to suppress us from the creeping groups of kgb agents and other fans of neo-communism.
If you got into the wheels of court being just a fan of Dynama – you would be imprisoned for a maximal term. Starting from 2013-14, the authorities began to jail us for no reason.
Once again, we've been drawing banners and boycotting the games for the society to notice and think about what was happening...
Regarding the recent political events, we have renewed the list of the rules that MUST BE RESPECTED by all our fans!
1. The ultimate boycott of all games of our club on the territory of Belarus. Those who violated this paragraph and wants to break this rule onwards are not the part of our Movement. It's prohibited to visit not only a fan sector, but also USUAL tribunes!
2. As far as it concerns our unions, after a long row of trials and errors, we come to the conclusion that personal relations shall never be the basis for announcement of friendship between groups of fans/sectors/movements.
From now on any union shall be considered by the whole Fan Movement of Dynama Miensk and the whole Movement shall take the decision.
The unions with FKV and lads from CSKA became ideologically incompatible. We are grateful to you for the opportunities that were mutually used before. For the bright and dark moments - this all is history now. Our relations have been build only by personal contacts long ago, which is essential for anybody.
In this regards, only our Brothers in blood and friends from Dynama Bieraście (Brest) and Maladzechna have the right to hang their banners on our tribune (which is now possible only at European games)! So our flags may appear only on their tribunes!
3. The ban on all pre-agreed meetings in a format of fights on the territory of Belarus. A harsh punishment shall indefinitely await the organizers of such fights.
4. This is officially announced for the first time. Yet the predispositions to this information appeared 7 years ago. The soviet traditions are crossed out. Fans of Dynamo Kyiv and all movements from their block ARE NOT ENEMIES FOR US ANYMORE!
5. Very important!
National language is a basis for the people's self-identity, and we are being the vanguard of the nation shall make all banners, t-shirts, caps, hoodies ONLY in Belarusian.
All already made banners in any language are still active!
As far as it concerns the stuff from soviet times. This is history. We treasure and remember all achievements of our club in different periods. This all is an archive! As of today there won't be any type of soviet symbols on our tribunes (stars, lenins, hammers and sickles) as well as those with soviet implication.

7 гадоў назад быў запамінальны выезд у Фларэнцыю. Мясцовыя копы не захацелі нас пускаць пешкі да стадзio і падчас замяшання ды праверкі квіткоў на стадыён А.Франкі, адзін з "карабінераў" вырашыў стукнуць нашага фаната палкай. Далей здарылася тое, што бачна на вiдэа.
