If you are poor in a rich country you can always get some money from the government but it’s often complicated and people may feel ashamed. Now more and more people say that the government should pay every citizen a basic income. They argue that it would be good for the economy and it would give poor people a better life. Trump: Look at North Korea. Their president is much worse than me!
