* Radiographic bone loss ( less) than 15% coronal third
*** No tooth loss in this Stage


Stage II periodontitis
Clinical attachment loss about 3-4mm
* Radiographic bone loss ( more) than 15%
* less than 33% in coronal third


Stage III clinical attachment loss ≥5mm
* Radiographic bone loss extending to middle third of root


Advanced Stage IV periodontitis
* Clinical attachment loss ≥5mm
* Radiographic bone loss extending to middle third of root
الفرق هو Advanced يتميز بوجود deep periodontal lesions

*نقيس لبليدنگ ب Probing score ( BOP%)
* Periodontal probe with controlled (~0.25N)
هاي هي ال A تنقسم الى
__intact periodontium
___ reduced periodontium
نشرح intact ****
* absence or (minimum) of bleeding
* probing (less than 10%)
* absence of ( symptoms, attachment loss and bone loss)

هسة نشرح نوع الثاني من نوع A
__ Reduced periodontium
هذا بيه نوعين
1_ Non- periodontitis
2_ Stable periodontitis
النوع الاول,,,,,
Non-periodontitis
* absence or ( minimum) bleeding
* bleeding on probing ( less than 10%)
* possible presence of ( reduced clinical, attachment loss and bone loss)
* pocket depth ≤3
من هسة اللي بيها reduced ف ممكن تصير بيها loss

النوع الثاني من type A هو
__ Stable periodontitis
* أيضاً absence or ( minimum) bleeding
* probing ( less than 10%)
*** presence of reduced (attachment loss and bone loss)
* pocket ≤4






هسة نسولف عن
A_ Dental biofilm induced gingivitis
* Inflammatory lesion
* يصير بسبب interactions بين (plaque & host immune-inflammatory)
* reversible

ممكن تتشخص
🔆 localized gingivitis
🔆Generalized gingivitis

🔆 Localized __ BOP score (≥10% & ≤30%)
🔆 Generalized BOP score ( > 30%)

هذا نوع biofilm هم يكون

⭕ Reduced
من هسة نتفق بأول نوع الي هو periodontal health and gingival health كل انواعة كانت اقل من 10% ب bleeding
هنا ب biofilm لا تكون اكثر تمام***

⭕ Menstrual cycle ,,, immediately prior to ovulation
⭕ Pregnancy.. Occurring during the second & third trimesters
