R2P announces the launch of the Livelihoods Grants Program supported by UNHCR. It provides a self-reliance business grant or a vocational/re-qualification training grant. To apply, please fill out the corresponding Google form

and submit it within two calendar weeks from the announcement date that is on 21.08 2023.
To apply for a grant, you should comply with the following

❗️ Сейчас возвращение в Украину 🔙 является одним из самых актуальных, но в то же время наиболее сложных вопросов. Это связано с тем, что лица выезжали из Украины в период активных боевых действий по упрощенной процедуре, которая не требовала наличия проездного документа.
По общему правилу, въезд в Украину для беженцев, лиц, нуждающихся в дополнительной защитой, возможен при наличии проездного документа. В случае его отсутствия, вернуться в Украину возможно, получив удостоверение личности на возвращение в Украину 📃.

Если же нет возможности получить такое удостоверение, законодатель ввел возможность для тех, кто желает вернуться в Украину, но не имеет надлежащих документов, обратиться к Главе Государственной Пограничной Службы Украины 🛃 для получения разрешения на въезд в Украину.
📝Данная возможность регулируется ч. 6 ст. 14 Закона Украины "О пограничном контроле", согласно которой иностранцы, лица без гражданства имеют право в установленном законодательством Украины порядке обратиться к Главе Государственной пограничной службы Украины относительно получения разрешения на въезд в Украину.
В обращении с просьбой предоставить разрешение на въезд в Украину необходимо описать вашу ситуацию, подробно указав:
✅причину, по которой вы просите о разрешении на въезд в Украину
✅Ваш статус в Украине и стране пребывания
✅также приложите копии документов, удостоверяющих личность.

💡Для продления срока действия удостоверения беженца или лица, нуждающегося в дополнительной защите ☝️необходимо осуществить следующие действия⤵️
🔵 До окончания срока действия документа обратиться в территориальный орган государственной миграционной службы Украины по месту жительства;
🔵 Предоставить заявление установленного образца;
🔵 Предоставить оригинал удостоверения беженца или лица, нуждающегося в дополнительной защите, срок действия которого продлевается;
⚠️ По требованию территориальных органов государственной миграционной службы 🏢, по необходимости, предоставить дополнительную информацию📜
⏳Срок принятия решения: 15 рабочих дней с дня подачи заявителем всех необходимых документов.
💡Для обмена проездного документа необходимо совершить следующие действия⤵️
🔵 До окончания срока действия документа обратиться в территориальный орган государственной миграционной службы Украины по месту жительства;
🔵 Предоставить заявление установленного образца;

🚫 НЕЛЬЗЯ дистанционно подать заявление на продление или обмен выше указанных документов;
🚫 НЕЛЬЗЯ подать заявление на продление или обмен выше указанных документов через адвоката или другого представителя, кроме законного (законный представитель - необходимое/обязательное процессуальное представительство, возникает на основании закона, административного или судебного акта при наличии таких юридических фактов, как установление опеки или попечительства, родство/усыновление, касается малолетних и несовершеннолетних детей и т.д.);

🔵 Provide the original certificate of a refugee or a person in need of complementary protection, the validity of which is being extended;
⚠️ At the request of the territorial bodies of the State Migration Service 🏢, if necessary, provide additional information 📜
⏳Decision time: 15 working days from the day the applicant submits all the necessary documents.
💡To exchange a travel document, you need to do the following⤵️
🔵 Before the expiration date of the document, apply to the territorial body of the State Migration Service of Ukraine at the place of residence;
🔵 Provide an application of the established form;
🔵 Provide the original certificate of a refugee or a person in need of complementary protection;
🔵 Provide two photos of 35 x 45 millimeters;
🔵 Provide a document with a bank mark on the implementation of payments established by law or a document on exemption from such payments.
⚠️ The cost of issuing a refugee travel document is UAH 452.00.
⏳ Deadline for making a decision: 15 working days from the day the applicant submits all the necessary documents.
🚫 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE remotely apply for renewal or exchange of the above mentioned documents;
🚫 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE apply for renewal or exchange of the above mentioned documents through a lawyer or other representative, except for the legal one (legal representative - necessary / obligatory procedural representation, arises on the basis of a law, administrative or judicial act in the presence of such legal facts as the establishment of guardianship, kinship / adoption, concerns minor children, etc.)

🔵 Provide the original certificate of a refugee or a person in need of complementary protection;
🔵 Provide two photos of 35 x 45 millimeters;
🔵 Provide a document with a bank mark on the implementation of payments established by law or a document on exemption from such payments.
⚠️ The cost of issuing a refugee travel document is UAH 452.00.
⏳ Deadline for making a decision: 15 working days from the day the applicant submits all the necessary documents.
