So, it's all slowly coming out now in the higher echelons! As I said from day one, the vaccine IS NOT a vaccine, purely by definition, because a vaccine must do the following to qualify:

1. Kill the virus/bacteria.
2. Immunise the infected person.
3. Prevent the spread/transmission of the virus/bacteria.

As Africans, we have enough problems as it is, but to attend such a high profile meeting (with no outcomes 🙄) in this condition as a president is embarrassing! 😮 President Paul Biya of Cameroon 🇨🇲 is clearly unwell and too old to lead, so step down!!

I have no issue with older presidents or the duration of their terms, but if you are not developing your country and leading righteously using Ubuntu principles, it's time to come out!
