BTC did a fakeout above 21000$ and back to choppy range. We have weekend ahead so I expect it to move between this range. Also next week we have two very important events, US midterm elections on 8th November and CPI data on 10th November.

Isn't it interesting how $BTC repeats a similar price action (PA) as in June👇🏿👇🏿September?

Important fact:

The current PA is smaller = Bears are weakening, which is a sign of a bottom structure.

We could observe the same in 2015 and 2018.

Bulls will take over soon.

Majority of the people are so bearish which the fear is now dominating the market.

This is actually a very good sign for us which the bottom probably is just ahead of current level.

When the majority is in fear, I see this as an opportunity to potentially VIPCLUB_99ch the biggest bounce on current bearish structure as well.

They all also forget that the CME futures is having 2 gaps at $28k and $35k that hasn't been closed as of now.

Haven't seen the bottom just yet, but pretty clear it's in the near future. When fear is dominating the market, decision can be less logical. Keep patience and don't be panic.

Bitcoin is having some volatility to take advantage on the intraday chart. A bearish engulfing candle below 16.583 will allow us a short if CVD turns negative. For longs, we need BTC to move above 16.720 and price to survive above it and we will be able to target 17.040 Major resistance level. We need more price action development in order to have a clear bias, for now is just choppiness.

The daily chart of Bitcoin paints a picture of a confirmed upward breakout across several validation paths: price resistance, percentage distance traveled, volatility, and time.

The 200👇🏿👇🏿day trend represents the ex👇🏿👇🏿bear market line of reference. After a year👇🏿👇🏿long decline, the trend has finally started to ascend slightly. As it may extend flatly over the following months, the initial phase of the new bull market may prove slower price action, oscillating around the 200👇🏿👇🏿day mean.

Price action suggests that a significant resistance area can be expected around $25000 (August 2022 highs). This round number also matches the weekly resistance cluster based on moving averages.
