Amal Organization for Relief and Development announces an invitation for suppliers interested in registering in Amal's list of suppliers.
Amal Organization intends to expand its list of suppliers by inviting interested suppliers to participate in quotation processes. Where interested suppliers are required to fill out registration documents to prove experience and qualifications in providing relevant goods or services.
Start and end date.
Application start date: 27-05-2023.
Submission deadline: 15-06-2023
- The company must be registered and provide all required information. Registration * in the list of suppliers * does not constitute a condition for a contract, and Amal Organization reserves the right to change or cancel the condition at any time during the bidding process.
- Suppliers interested in participating in the planned RFQ process must complete and submit the Supplier Application Form before the registration deadline on 15-06-2023.
- Amal organization deals with the suppliers' responses as confidential, and the organization will not disclose any information in the suppliers' response forms.
- Supplier response forms will be evaluated in terms of specifications, requirements, and additional criteria described in the application form.
- The company or service provider shall bear all costs associated with submitting the application and Amal will not be responsible for any related costs.
- Personal ID, company documents, bank account, and pictures of shops, offices, and machinery must be attached.

Gentlemen applicants, there is an introductory session about the tender and the project in the office of the organization with the advanced suppliers wishing to inquire and ask questions with the team of technical engineers in the project on 15-01-2023 from 11 am to 4 pm

all the mentiond files above are considered as a main integral part of the offer according to that envelopes that does not contain these documents will be rejected.

The interested suppliers must pay the deposit  wich costs 2000 USD and it will be handed to the financial department during the offer presenting in order to accept their offers and it will be returned after the bid envelopes opening.

Offers delivery:
Offers will be delivered by the bidder or his representative it should be delivered to the Procurement Department and delivery signing will be in the organization`s offices.
