تبحث شفق عن موردين مؤهلين لتوفير مواد الضيافة والمرطبات وتسليمها إلى المواقع المحددة من قبل شفق في مناطق إدلب.

على العارضين تقديم عينات لكل نوع من المواد المذكورة في الملحق أ في هذه المناقصة مع عروضهم المقدمة (سيكون تقديم قطعة واحدة من كل نوع كافياً للأصناف كبيرة الحجم)، عدم تقديم عينات سوف يؤدي إلى استبعاد العطاء.

ستقوم شفق بالتوقيع على اتفاقية إطارية مع المورد الفائز لمدة سنة واحدة، وبالتالي لا يوجد التزام أو إلزام من جانب شفق بشراء أي من الخدمات المذكورة إلا إذا اختارت شفق إصدار أمر شراء.
تحتفظ شفق بالحق في تقسيم العقد بين مزودين أو أكثر وفقا لما تراه مناسب.

تبحث شفق عن موردين مؤهلين لتوفير مدافئ مازوت مع جميع الملحقات اللازمة وتوصيلها إلى الموقع المحدد من قبل شفق في محافظة إدلب وحلب على النحو التالي:

• المنطقة أ: حارم-إدلب-جسر-الشغور-جبل سمعان.
• المنطقة ب: اعزاز- جرابلس- الباب- عفرين
