Many of us are caught in a stress cycle - this can push our Cortisol balance off with disastrous consequences - taking these symptoms seriously and getting help to address this is so important, as it can lead to serious health issues and poor quality of life. My top tips are 1. Exercise - free and a quick way to lower cortisol 2. Look at your diet - when we eat processed foods we stress our body - fact - introduce some organic fruit and veg or high quality shakes and supplements (get advice if needed) 3.
