There is so much science to back this up - yet most of us do not take this seriously enough. Learning to control our thoughts and emotions is very different to suppressing them. We can ‘train’ ourselves into more positive ways of thinking - with gratitude, exercise, meditation, breathing exercises…if you want to make changes in your physical or emotional health realising this, noticing when your thoughts or words are focused on what you DON’T want and switching it will transform your life..
